Need your comforter and linens washed? We’ve got it covered. We’ll pick up your comforter, professionally wash and dry it, and return it fresh and ready for your bed. We’ll wash your sheets at no additional charge. You do not have to be a current customer to use this service. Semester, annual and family members can use their existing membership to cover it. Once you sign up, we’ll send your pickup schedule.

Return & Refund Policy – End-of-Semester Laundry Reset
At University Laundry Solutions, we’re committed to providing high-quality service and a smooth experience during move-out. Please review the following policy for our End-of-Semester Laundry Reset service.
Service Nature
This is a one-time wash, dry, and fold service. Due to the nature of the service, refunds are limited once processing has begun.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled or modified before pickup with no penalty.
- Once laundry has been picked up, the order is considered in progress and cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Laundry is lost or not returned
- Items are significantly damaged due to our handling
- Service was not completed as agreed
If any of the above occurs, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor shrinkage or fading
- Pre-existing damage (tears, stains, etc.)
- Items left in pockets or bags
- Odor concerns after washing (we clean thoroughly, but cannot guarantee complete odor removal in all cases)
- Overfilled bags that are split into multiple charges (as outlined in service terms)
Bag & Load Policy
- Each $39.99 service includes one standard laundry bag, which we provide.
- Bags are intended to represent a normal, full load of laundry.
- Heavily overfilled or oversized loads may be divided into additional bags and billed accordingly.
Turnaround & Timing
- We aim to meet all promised turnaround times.
- During peak periods (finals/move-out), slight delays may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
Customer Responsibility
- Please remove all personal items from pockets.
- Clearly communicate any special care instructions at time of scheduling.
- We are not responsible for items that require special handling unless disclosed in advance.
