How does it work?
After creating your laundry account, we will let you know which days we will be servicing your area via a text thread. We will pick up the dirty laundry bags on scheduled days, and once your clothes are cleaned, crisp, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them folded at your designated drop off location.
Do I need to separate my whites and colors?
No! We handle all the separation for you!
What if I miss my drop off/pickup time?
So you're busy, we understand. We have several options for you if you miss your drop off/pickup time. You can stop by one of our other scheduled stop locations to drop off/pickup your laundry. You can also wait until your next schedule drop off time 48 hours later. If none of these options work, give us a call and we'll work something out.
What detergent do you use?
We only use All Free & Clear, choosing either the Tide or Gain brand—both are gentle, fragrance-free, and safe for sensitive skin. If you choose a Premium Plan, we’ll upgrade your wash with Diva by Tyler detergent for that signature, luxe scent.
What about delicates/athletic wear?
We take care of your delicates and athletic wear just like you do at home. These items will be fan dried and folded back into the bag with the rest of your laundry.
Are my clothes washed by themselves?
Yes! Each customer will get their own washer and dryer(or 2)! Bags between customers will not be mixed under any circumstance.
How do students drop-off and receive laundry?
IIf you’re a student living in a dorm or chapter house, we’ll pick up and drop off your laundry at the same time each week. For dorms, you’ll meet us at your designated pickup spot—usually the parking lot near your building. For chapter houses, we’ll come straight to the house. Laundry is washed and returned at your next scheduled time, typically within 48 hours.
How often will you be on campus?
In general we will be on campus everyday but Saturday. Saturday is our day to support our teams!
